Volunteer with the CLLMM Research Centre

Interested in volunteering with the Coorong, Lower Lakes and Murray Mouth Research Centre? We want to hear from you!

We are very excited to announce we have developed our volunteering procedures and can now accept event and research volunteers.

What is an event or research volunteer?

An event volunteer will support the CLLMM Research Centre team in the creation and production of Research Centre education and community events.

A research volunteer will support the CLLMM Research Centre team in the production of research program activities.

Can I do both?

Absolutely! When registering your interest, please select 'Both event and research volunteer' to let us know you are interested in volunteering.

What do I need to do?

  1. Register on our Volunteer page of the website. Our Communications and Engagement Coordinator will then e-mail you all the information you need to get started.

  2. Complete the forms. You will need to set up a volunteer account on Better Impact (this link will be provided once you have registered on the website) and fill out and return the provided forms.

  3. Attend a volunteer induction. This will vary depending on the activity, but keep an eye out for your invitation!

  4. Ready to go! Following these steps, you are ready to volunteer! Keep an eye out on Better Impact and your e-mail for upcoming volunteering activities.
