Visit from the Commonwealth Steering Committee

It was fantastic to meet with the CLLMM RC Commonwealth Steering Committee (CSC) who travelled from Canberra for the day. CSC members toured the Goolwa Barrage and Murray Mouth to observe first-hand the workings of the CLLMM region before meeting with the CLLMM Research Centre team.

The Goyder Institute for Water Research will receive $8 million from the Australian Government over 4 years from 2023-26 to work with communities to investigate the impacts of climate change on the Coorong, Lower Lakes and Murray Mouth (CLLMM) region.
